2011 Summer Rates   

The Bluff of Mass City

We currently have apartments open for full time rental as vacation get-aways.  Rent is very reasonable, starting as low as $250 per month.  Please contact mattw@wiesen.com for details.

The Bluff of Rockland

UP Cruising Yooper Cruise Special.  One night, 1-2 people, $85.  We will donate $10 toward the Cruise charities.  While you are here, spend at least $10 at one of the listed establishments and we will donate $10 more.  Just leave your reciept on the counter when you check out. 

Spend (and leave reciept) for $10 or more spent at one of the following local establishments and we will dontate another $10 to the charity.  Syl's Cafe, Peninsula Graphices, UP Candle and Gift Shop, Georges Shamrock Bar,  in Ontonagon, Adventure Mine in Greenland or Henry's Inn in Rockland.

Larger groups or multi night stays use pricing below.  We will donate $10 for each night stay with TheBluff from the Cruise.  One establishment donation per group.

Weekends (F-S-S-M) $60 per night (3 night stay)

$120 for a 1-2 night stay

A $100 non refundable reservation fee is applied to your credit card to reserve each apartment.

Our Policies

• A deposit is required to make your reservation, which is charged to your credit card the day of reservation. A confirmation will be emailed to you.  We're sorry, there is no refund given for cancelations made 14 days or fewer from your reservation date. Cancelations made 15+ days from your reservation date will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee.  American Express, MasterCard & Visa accepted. Payment made by cash will still require a credit card to cover theft or damages. Balance due is to be paid at check-in.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM EST,  checkout time is 11:00 AM EST.
• NO SMOKING – Smokers will be assesed an automatic $100 cleaning fee.
• There will be an automatic $100 charge for open windows during the heating season.
• Please be aware that there is a minimum $100.00 charge for cleaning services if dishes are not washed and properly stored, or smoking has taken place in any of the properties.
• You will be solely responsible for all costs related to damages incurred during your stay.  Any cleaning charges, smoking charges, charges for damage or theft, etc will be automatically assesed against the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

No Snow-No Pay Policy

If snowmobile trails are closed due to low or no snow conditions, we will gladly refund your deposit.  Since good or bad trails is very subjective, we will only refund your deposit in the unlikely event that the trails in the area have been officially closed.  Please do not ask for refunds due to other circumstances, we are unable to do so.
